1. may ''not'' be sold. It may be distributed freely and added to any CD compilations without expressed consent, whether fees are charged for such CD compilation services or not. May be used for commercial, educational or private use. May not be sold as a stand alone or main item on CD.

2. may ''not'' be decompiled, disassembled or modified.

3. is provided ''as is'' and ''without'' warranties, expressed or implied. The user assumes all risks.
